30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@floatyparadise.ae.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow this Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
